Marketing stage
We will start by advising you on the aspects that need to be changed in order to optimize your property and attract as many travelers as possible. Please note that you are not obligated to accept our recommendations. However, it is important to recognize that the cleanliness, layout, and functionality of your property are the three most important criteria at first glance. After the adjustments, we will take several photos of your property to showcase it. The management of your property is carried out in four steps:
1- Signing the service agreement:Signing the service agreement after reading it.
2- Starter kitt:We provide you with a starter kit to ensure that the cottage is fully prepared. In addition, we will accompany you throughout the process of renting out your property by remaining available by phone or email to answer all your questions, at no additional start-up cost.
3- Opening list:You will need to fill out an opening form so that we can learn more about the specific features of your cottage and effectively prepare your listings.
4- Photo shoot and marketing: Professional photos and videos will be taken at the outset, then regularly throughout the seasons, to showcase all the assets of your property for future travelers. We will conduct a thorough inspection of your property to ensure that it is functional and ready to be rented. Your listings will then be posted online.
Visibility of your cottage
We are committed to promoting the owner's property on rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Google Vacations, Homeaway, as well as on its own website. Efforts will also be made on non-transactional websites for an additional fee agreed with the owner upon request.
Pricing
Memorïa Chalets uses highly recognized dynamic pricing software that automatically adjusts prices based on your property's characteristics, seasons, holidays, and demand. This technology optimizes your rates and maximizes your revenue.
Monthly reports
As an owner, you will have access to detailed monthly reports via Google Drive. These reports provide complete transparency on the income and expenses related to your property. This gives you simple, organized, and professional tracking, which greatly facilitates the financial management of your cottage.
Communications
At Memorïa Chalets, we ensure comprehensive communication with your guests before, during, and after their stay. We respond quickly to all their questions, by phone or email, 7 days a week. As a result, your guests feel supported and reassured, and you are freed from this responsibility.
Housekeeping and spa maintenance
We coordinate the cleaning teams directly according to the booking schedule, so that your property is always impeccable. Cleaning fees are tailored to the characteristics of your cottage (number of bedrooms, surface area, presence of a spa, etc.) and are billed directly to guests, so there are no additional costs for you. If there is a spa, the fees also include its maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Maintenance
In the event of damage caused by travelers, we manage the situation by charging them for the costs, in accordance with their responsibility. For normal wear and tear, you are informed in a transparent manner and, if you wish, we can quickly send our maintenance staff. This way, your chalet always remains in perfect condition, without any worries for you.

Package #1: The Complete Suite
The most popular turnkey package with a 20% management fee. The package includes full management of your cottage's marketing on various major platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, Expedia Group (a group of platforms), Google Vacations, and our website. We take care of professional photography, customer service management, organizing housekeeping and spa services, setting up advertising campaigns for your cottage, and on-demand maintenance services.
Package #2: Luxury Virtual
This package is similar to the first package with a 15% lower management fee. We handle all aspects of marketing your cottage, including listings on several major platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, Expedia Group (a group of platforms), Google Vacations, and our website. We also manage communications with guests. However, post-rental cleaning services, professional photography, and maintenance are not included.
Package #3: Basic Virtual
With an annual fee of $99.00 to list your cottage on our website + 10% for each reservation made through our website. Ideal for clients who want their cottage to be listed on our website only.
Package #2: Luxury Virtual
This package is similar to the first package with a 15% lower management fee. We handle all aspects of marketing your cottage, including listings on several major platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, Expedia Group (a group of platforms), Google Vacations, and our website. Avec un frais annuel de 99,00$ pour l’affichage de votre chalet sur notre site web + 10% pour chaque réservation effectuée à partir de notre site web. Idéal pour les clients qui désirent que leur chalet soit publié sur notre site web uniquement.
Forfait #4: Le Long terme
Le forfait pour les propriétés à long terme à 15% de frais de gestion + 599,00$ additionnel pour la mise en marché au depart. Le forfait comprend la publication de votre chalet sur diverses plateformes importantes telles que, VRBO, Air bnb, Market Place et notre site web. Nous assumons, la prise de photos professionnelles, la gestion des traitements de clients, l’organisation du service d’entretien ménager et spa, la mise en place de campagnes publicitaire pour votre chalet et le service de maintenance sur demande.
